It is the customer's responsibility to fill out and send the registration form immediately upon purchase of the product. Doing this will help you and Super Angel expedite resolving any problems that may arise. Any damages, missing parts or defective products must be reported by the customer within 24 hours of receipt of the product.
Unused and unopened box may be returned within 7 days from the delivery date subject to 7% re-stocking fee with prepaid shipping. For used or opened products, returns are accepted within 30 days from the delivery date with a 20% re-stocking fee with prepaid shipping and MUST have a RMA number.
Parts such as twin gears, screen housing extractors, and splash guards are non-refundable after purchase. Accessories considered as 'normal wear and tear' are also subject to a non-refund after purchase (cleaning brushes, wooden pushers, silicone o-rings etc.).
For authorized returns that received free shipping during our free shipping promotional period, the cost of shipping for the product(s) being returned will be deducted from your refund at the prevailing rates via UPS (or USPS) based on the quantity and weight of the product(s) from our warehouse to the original delivery address in addition to any other deductions including but not limited to re-stocking fees plus cleaning fees.
If damage occurs because items were improperly repackaged, the customer will be held responsible. No refund will be issued after 30 days of delivery. Super Angel Juicer will not be responsible for taxes, duties or other charges that may occur for products being returned from outside the United States. Unauthorized returns without a Return Authorization Number will be refused.
SUPER ANGEL CAN ONLY ACCEPT RETURNS FOR MERCHANDISE PURCHASED DIRECTLY FROM SUPER ANGEL. RETURNS FOR ITEMS PURCHASED FROM OTHER DEALERS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. FOR ITEMS NOT PURCHASED DIRECTLY FROM SUPER ANGEL, PLEASE CONTACT THE DEALER FOR THEIR RETURN POLICIES.
