Prices, specifications, and terms are subject to change without notice. Super Angel is not responsible for errors in typography and/or photography. Customer pays return shipping on all services.
It is the customer's responsibility to fill out and send the registration form immediately upon purchase of the product. Doing this will help you and Super Angel expedite resolving any problems that may arise. Any damages, missing parts or defective products must be reported by the customer within 24 hours of receipt of the product.
Unused items and items returned for verifiable manufacturing defects may be returned within 30 days of delivery, for 100% refund on the cost of the returned items. All products must be clean and in their original condition (factory fresh, original carton, original packing material, and free of store pricing) and must be shipped prepaid – shipping charges are not refundable. If products returned have been used or products returned are not in new condition, there is a 15% re-stocking fee plus 5% cleaning fee. For authorized returns that received free shipping during our free shipping promotional period, the cost of shipping for the product(s) being returned will be deducted from your refund at the prevailing rates via UPS( or USPS) based on the quantity and weight of the product(s) from our warehouse to the original delivery address in addition to any other deductions including but not limited to re-stocking fees plus cleaning fees.
If damage occurs because items were improperly repackaged, the customer will be held responsible. No refund will be issued after 30 days of delivery. Super Angel Juicer will not be responsible for taxes, duties or other charges that may occur for products being returned from outside the United States. Unauthorized returns without a Return Authorization Number will be refused. SUPER ANGEL CAN ONLY ACCEPT RETURNS FOR MERCHANDISE PURCHASED DIRECTLY FROM SUPER ANGEL. RETURNS FOR ITEMS PURCHASED FROM OTHER DEALERS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. FOR ITEMS NOT PURCHASED DIRECTLY FROM SUPER ANGEL, PLEASE CONTACT THE DEALER FOR THEIR RETURN POLICIES.

We try to get your orders out as quickly as possible. Whenever possible, items will be shipped out the same day if the order is received before 3:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time, and most orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. However, unexpected delays in processing may occur, especially during the holiday season. Further delays may occur if items are out of stock or if there is a problem with payment verification. Orders will not be processed on weekends and holidays.
Expedited orders (orders shipped via 3 Day, 2nd Day, or Next Day Air) are given priority in handling and will be processed the same day if received before 3:00 p.m., Pacific Standard Time. Expedited orders received after 3:00 p.m., Pacific Standard Time, will be processed the next business day.
ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES
Estimated shipping times are calculated in business days from the date that the order ships. Weekends and holidays do not count as business days and are not counted in the estimated shipping time.
You may request a change to your order, provided your order has not already been shipped. Please call during business hours to change your order, and always have your order number ready. Please never request changes to your order via Email as we may not receive it in time.
You may request a cancellation of your order, provided that your order has not already been processed and shipped. Please call during our business hours to cancel your order. As your account has already been charged, there will be a deduction of an 10% charge back fee and you will receive a credit back after such deductions to your account within approximately 1-2 business days. Please never request cancel order via Email as we may not receive it in time.
Any items that are unavailable will be placed on back order, and the remainder of your order will be shipped. Your order will be promptly shipped as soon as the product arrives. No additional shipping fees will be charged.
EXCHANGE & RETURNS
Please call our customer support desk at 714-731-0045 to receive a Return Authorization Number. Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization. Place the Return Authorization Number prominently on the return label of the shipping carton.
All returned items must be in unused condition and must be accompanied by all original content. Missing content will result in a reduced credit amount. All warranty cards must be left blank. Merchandise must be returned in original manufacturer's box that has not been defaced or altered in any way.
Purchaser is responsible for shipping to the return location provided by our customer support desk.
Credit for returns are usually processed within 30 days from the date we receive the returned merchandise, and posted to the appropriate credit account.
